The Bryant Police Department Training Division consists of one Sergeant who is responsible for day-to-day operations of the training division and schedules in-house training as well as continuous education through various agencies and educational facilities. They are responsible for making sure every new officer hired is prepared and ready to go by educating them on the Bryant Police daily operations and policy and procedures along with getting them prepared for the Police Academy training.
