Not a city project, private development. We are listing it on the project page because this development has been in the design process for a couple of years. The developer has worked/partnered with the city to incorporate stormwater design in this project that will assist the surrounding area. The drainage improvements that will follow this build are designed to handle the drainage in the new subdivision and also improve the drainage in neighboring Cambridge place.
