Boone road improvement should go all the way from 183 to Alcoa with two traffic lanes, curb and gutter, and good length turn lanes into and out of Boone Rd.

Designing/Planning designated bus stops for the kids should be a driving factor in the project. While vehicles continue to utilize Boone Rd. pedestrians have become a major factor with the additions...

Designing/Planning designated bus stops for the kids should be a driving factor in the project. While vehicles continue to utilize Boone Rd. pedestrians have become a major factor with the additions of neighborhoods and the Boys and Girls Club. The bus stop could be designed for education and a way to get kids prepared for the day as well an arbitrary meeting point. While I understand roundabouts as an element to slow down traffic, this can be costly. Implementing crosswalks for pedestrians in different zones can get the same efficacy for slowing traffic and cost less. These small incisions can start to be implemented all over Bryant bus route systems creating cohesion and identity across Bryant.
