Aquatics Procedures during COVID-19 Pandemic
The Aquatic Center is currently open to members only
Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Saturday 8 AM- 6 PM
- Sunday Closed
Beginning Monday, June 22nd hours of operation will be:
- Monday-Friday: 7:00AM-7:00PM
- Saturday: 8:00AM-6:00PM
- Sunday: Closed
Beginning Monday, June 22nd your accounts will be charged for your membership. If you wish to cancel your membership, please email Ebonee Scott, email@example.com.
Members are allowed to make a 1-hour reservation for an individual/family group for one lane for the purpose of lap swimming only. You are required to maintain a 6-foot distance at all times from other patrons and employees while in the facility and in the pool.
We require that you come to the pool ready to swim in your swim suit, showering at home before arrival. Showers and lockers will be off limits. BEGINNING JUNE 22ND, SHOWERS AND LOCKER ROOMS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE.
You are required to wear a face covering when entering the facility and when you are not in the water.
Please enter and exit through the doors on the Aquatic parking lot side of the building.
DO NOT come to the facility if you:
- Have had a fever of 100.4 or greater in the last 2 days
- Have a cough/shortness of breath/ sore throat/ loss of taste or smell or other COVID-19 symptoms
- Recently had pneumonia
- Have been in contact with anyone who has Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) within the last 14 days
To protect vulnerable people from COVID-19, ADH discourages you from entering if you:
- Are aged 65 or older
- Have chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, lung disease and others
- Have a compromised immune system
You will be screened at the door for any COVID-19 like symptoms.
Spectators are not allowed.
We will be taking every measure to assure your safety at our facility. Staff will be disinfecting touched surfaces after each 1 hour swim session.
A 25 yard, eight (8) lane competition pool that is certified through USA Swimming and capable of hosting USA, AAU, NCAA and High School swim meets. The shallow end of the pool is 4’ 6" with the deep end of the pool being 12" feet in depth. Our pool has a one (1) meter competition diving board that is available for recreational use on weekends, summer time, and for pool parties. The lap pool has an ADA certified pool lift located on the north side of the pool as well as maintains a temperature of 84 degrees. The 156 capacity lap pool offers life jackets, noodles, kick boards, water belts, and water dumbbells year around for members and visitors.
Our therapy pool has an ADA accessible, zero entry ramp that allows visitors to enter the pool comfortably and safely. The shallow end is 2’ 6" with the deep end of the therapy pool being 5" feet in depth. Underwater rails are located in the middle of the pool for exercise and therapy purposes. Seating around the radius of the pool features 12 jets for hydrotherapy, as well as a pool temperature of 92 degrees. The pool capacity for the therapy pool is 61 people. An ADA certified Aquatic Wheel Chair is located on the north side of the pool. All children 14 and under are not allowed in therapy pool due to safety reasons. The Silver Splash, Water Aerobics, Mom and Me swim and private lessons are held in the therapy pool with the approval of the Aquatics Coordinator.
